Describes the lead-time configuration for parts ordering associated with a stop type, so appointments allow adequate time for the necessary parts processes.

Working days needed to arrange parts. A working day is an overnight period (crossing midnight) where `available` is true and the current time precedes `lastOrder`.
lastOrder timeInterval
Cutoff after which ordering is too late for the day; the earliest viable working day becomes the following evening.

Days suitable for organising parts.
